Legion of Mary

Having a true love for Mary and being a Catholic in good standing are the basic requirements for Legion of Mary membership. Currently, in our parish, we have 3 groups, each called a praesidium.

As legionaries, we meet for prayer, planning, and discussion. Then, in pairs, we do two hours of definite work that can include, among other things, visiting the aged, bringing communion to the homebound, distributing rosaries, medals, and Catholic literature. We also strive to be an extension of the heart and hands of our pastor.
